Do you need to use a certain type of photo program and how do you do that?How do you make pictures that are black and white but then one object you make a certain color? Thanks!?
What you want to do is create a mask, and yes, you need a program that can support masks.
Adobe Photoshop is one, and so is GNU's free GIMP editor http://www.gimp.org
