Is terminal velocity the highest velocity that a falling object can reach?

Can somebody answer me a few questions?

True of False

1Terminal velocity is the ??';highest';?? velocity that a falling object can reach.

2.Air resistance acts in the ??';opposite';?? direction to that of an object in motion.

3. Microwelds are the source of ?';momentum';?? between two surfaces pressed together.

4Anything that is thrown or shot through the air is ??';weightless';??.

If i'm wrong on any of these please correct me.

Thanks =)Is terminal velocity the highest velocity that a falling object can reach?
1. Terminal velocity is when air resistance and the object's speed due to gravity are equal. Therefore terminal velocity changes at different altitudes and planets.

2. Correct

3. Microwelding is a technique used to weld two really small things together, I don't get how it can be a source of something, rephrase the question?

4. Only things that are falling at their terminal velocity are weightless. Things going downward at a speed below terminal velocity have a slightly lower weight than when they are at rest and things going upward away from the gravitational pull are heavier.
